Energy Service Company (ESCO)
Al Arsh Facilities Management LLC was the first locally owned company to be certified as an Energy Services Company (ESCO) in Dubai under the accreditation scheme for ESCOs which was launched in 2013 by the Government of Dubai’s Regulatory and Supervisory Bureau (RSB) for Water and Energy.
What we do
ESCO is a commercial business providing a broad range of energy solutions including designs and implementation of energy savings projects, retrofitting, energy conservation, energy infrastructure outsourcing, power generation & energy supply, and risk management.
ESCO implements customized energy service packages consisting of planning, building, operation & maintenance, optimization, co-financing, user behavior/training etc.

• Both the above contracts follows International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP) for saving verifications.
